Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars.
Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of Brooke Tyson products is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Brooke Tyson goods are only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.
Payments
- Preferred method of payment is direct bank deposit
- We accept Visa and other credit cards
- All credit card payments are processed through Paypal, an instant secure online payment service.
- You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via paypal.
When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
After entering your details you will see a review of your order. Please check this over carefully before clicking on Place Order. If you think you have placed an order in error please email customer service at brooke@brooketyson.co.nz with as many details as possible.
Delivery: New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is free, nationwide. We use NZ couriers and will provide you with a tracking number. We cannot ship to PO BOX numbers. Please allow 3-7 days for your purchase to be delivered.
Delivery: International
International orders are sent by Express Courier.

Every legal effort is made by brooketyson to minimize the likelihood of local taxes and duties being imposed. However we cannot guarantee that taxes will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser.* Approximate delivery time only

Exchanges and Returns
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size or if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at brooke@brooketyson.co.nz within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning the item. The item must then be returned within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Shipping your item back to Brooke Tyson will be your responsibility. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure it is in the original condition has not been damaged or worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched or a refund of the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card. If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by Brooke Tyson. No additional delivery fees will be charged for the exchange.

Please note: Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorization number. Brooke Tyson will send a Return Authorization number [RA#] valid for 10 days. Customer to write RA#, name and address on outside of return package. All returns must be unused and have Invoice / Receipt.
Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.Brooke Tyson takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.
If returning goods, Please remember to retain proof of postage for your reference. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the contents and request Return Signature Required, as we cannot be responsible for packages we do not receive.
Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale goods. Sale goods are final sale only. Sale prices may vary between items in store and online.
Privacy
All personal details provided will remain with Brooke Tyson and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for Brooke Tyson use only.
